The wool quality of Vardhman Baby Soft Yarn is good but the supplier MGwoolyarn is Fraud

The wool quality of Vardhman Baby Soft Yarn is good but the supplier MGwoolyarn is Fraud.
He mixed the order.
I ordered 24 Balls, he sent only 15 original Vardaman Baby Soft Yarn and sent 9 Balls of some company and quality was worst and this fraudulent company refused to exchange product.

Too much delivary charge

The wool is ok. But the delivary charge is too much so it seems to be costly.

Ordered for baby soft pink whereas received baby soft deep pink. Can I exchange?

Very good yarn . Good for making baby sweaters as well as adult knitwear.
Also different colours are available.
I am fond of knitting I liked the yarn very much
